Scekerecti provides professional presentation design and consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Rush and expedited services

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes

4. Service Agreements and Project Terms

4.1 Project Proposals

All projects begin with a detailed proposal that includes:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Revision allowances
  • Specific terms and conditions for the project

4.2 Project Acceptance

Projects are considered accepted when:

  • Client provides written acceptance of the proposal
  • Initial payment is received (if applicable)
  • Client provides necessary materials and information to begin work

4.3 Project Changes

Changes to project scope, timeline, or deliverables after acceptance may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All changes must be agreed upon in writing.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Pricing is determined based on project scope, complexity, and timeline. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms vary by project size:

  • Projects under $2,500: Payment due upon completion
  • Projects $2,500-$10,000: 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
  • Projects over $10,000: Payment schedule outlined in project proposal

5.3 Late Payments

Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge and may result in suspension of services.

5.4 Rush Services

Rush services (24-48 hour delivery) incur a 50% surcharge on standard rates.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of all content, data, and materials provided to us. By providing materials, clients grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of providing services.

6.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general concepts and techniques in future work.

6.3 Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specifically prohibited by client confidentiality agreements.

6.4 Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include licensed third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, etc.). Clients are responsible for ensuring proper licensing for their intended use.

7. Revisions and Approval Process

7.1 Included Revisions

Standard projects include up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7.2 Revision Requests

Revision requests must be:

  • Submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery
  • Specific and detailed
  • Within the original project scope

7.3 Final Approval

Projects are considered complete upon client's written approval or after 30 days without feedback.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control
  • Clients are responsible for backing up their own data and materials

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

11. Cancellation Policy

11.1 Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply:

  • Before work begins: No fee (deposits refunded)
  • After work begins: Payment for work completed plus 25% of remaining balance
  • Rush projects: Full payment may be required regardless of completion status

11.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel projects that violate these terms or applicable laws. In such cases, payment for completed work may be retained.

12. Website Use Terms

12.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to our services. Prohibited uses include:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmitting harmful code or malware
  • Interfering with website functionality
  • Harvesting user information
  • Violating applicable laws or regulations

12.2 User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit through our website. You grant us a license to use submitted content for the purpose of providing services.

13. Privacy

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scekerecti from claims arising from:

  • Client's use of our services or deliverables
  • Client's violation of these Terms
  • Client's violation of third-party rights
  • Content provided by client that infringes on intellectual property rights

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scekerecti.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
